How Rosterbook handles church records.

AAAI Studio LLC operates Rosterbook at rosterbook.net. For questions, write support@rosterbook.net.

Sign-in

Church office users sign in with a work-email magic link. Resend sends that mail from sign-in@auth.rosterbook.net. The link expires. Rosterbook does not collect a password on this product.

What the church account holds

Each church record stores the organization name and timezone. The church office may enter people, household, and volunteer records, including contact suppression and private notes. Those notes stay inside the church account.

Where records live

Rosterbook stores church records on Cloudflare D1 and files on Cloudflare R2.

Analytics

The public site uses Google Analytics 4 property G-K7W2G4G9SJ. Ads storage is denied and Google Signals is off. Rosterbook does not sell church records.

Who controls congregation data

The church office controls congregation data. Rosterbook staff do not use church records for advertising.

Children

Rosterbook does not offer a child check-in product. Churches may store family records that include minors as part of ordinary household records.

How long records stay

Records remain until the church deletes the record or the church account ends.
